Sowing | Sow in January on to the surface of a moist seed sowing compost in a 286 cell plug tray or slightly larger unit if preferred. Multi sow 3 or 4 seeds per cell for the best results. Do not cover the seed and propagate at 18C germination should take place after approximately 7 days. It is also possible to make September sowings for sales the following spring. |
Growing | When the seedlings are established cool them down slightly to 10C and transfer on to a 6 Pack or 9cm pot for final sale. January sowings should result in saleable plants in late April. |
